Are you between the ages of 15-30 and looking to gain job experience, earn income, and build skills? Change4Change is here to empower you! This is your chance to kickstart a meaningful career journey.

Next Start Date: August 24, 2026

Applications close August 7

    • Must be between the ages of 15 and 30.

    • Must reside in the Waterloo Region.

    • Must have legal status in Canada. Those awaiting refugee status or holding a temporary visitor, student, or work visa are ineligible to participate.

    • Not currently in school or working.

    • Must have a reliable form of transportation (eg a bus pass)

  • Program: Change4Change Employment Program

    Weekly Commitment: 30 hours for 12 weeks

    • In-Class Learning: 6 hours

    • Hands-On Work Experience: 24 hours

    Schedule:

    • Monday 10:00am-4:00pm

    • Tuesday to Friday, 10:30am – 4:30pm

    Wage: $17.60 per hour, paid bi-weekly

    Completion Bonus: $250
