Our Outreach team meets youth where they are — on the streets, in the community, and wherever support is needed most. By bringing essential supplies, resource information, and knowledge of available services directly to youth across Waterloo Region, outreach staff help address immediate needs while creating pathways to longer-term support.

Beyond providing basic necessities, our team assists youth with navigating appointments, accessing court support, and moving into new homes. Through consistent presence, genuine care, and relationship-building, our outreach staff fosters trust and connection, ensuring youth know they have a safe and supportive place to turn. Outreach services are provided throughout Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge.
