ONLINE VENDOR REGISTRATION

After the success of our former virtual vendor fairs, we are excited to announce that we will be hosting our fourth vendor event and first ever in-person market...

Youth Week is the signature fundraiser of oneROOF Youth Services, made up of a collection of events spanning the first week of May. This annual collective includes the oneROOF Youth Services Vendor Fair, which this year will be held both remotely/online AND in-person.

Vendors may choose to participate remotely by donating a percentage of their total profits made from May 1st—7th, 2023 and/or join us in person on Saturday, May 6th, 2023.

How It Works...

Remote/Online Participation 

How: Donate a percentage (10%, 25%, 50%, etc.) of your sales during Youth Week to oneROOF Youth Services.
When: Any sales made from Monday, May 1st, 2023 — Sunday, May 7th, 2023
Where: Remote/online participation means you conduct your sales per usual (storefront, online store, etc.)

NOTE: Participating businesses will be provided both digital and printable materials to be used to promote their participation. This will include a window flyer, displaying your pledge donation amount. A promotional package will be sent to each participating business as early as April 1st.

In-Person Participation  (NOW FULL! Registration Closed)

When: Saturday, May 6th, 2023 (10AM—6PM)
Where: Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church (47 Sheldon Ave N, Kitchener, ON)
Set Up Time: Saturday, May 6th, 2023 (9AM—10AM)
Vendor Fee: FREE (upon commitment of percentage of sales)
Booth Information: Indoor & outdoor booths available. One table and two folding chairs provided per vendor. 6' & 8' tables available. If you'd like to bring your own additional tables/furniture pieces, please let us know the space you'll be needing. Tents for outdoor booths not provided.

Confirmation of your participation, including further details regarding booths, vendor parking, setup, etc. will be sent to the email provided following the registration deadline. A promotional package will be sent to each participating business as early as April 1st.

The Impact

Raises Funds & Awareness

Join our group of entrepreneurs, artists, and small business owners this May to raise funds and awareness for youth homelessness. All funds raised will go directly to general operations at oneROOF Youth Services. To learn more about our impact, click here.

Benefits You & Other Local Businesses

With no entry fee, vendors are free to participate and grow at their own pace. We welcome businesses large and small and encourage vendor connection through our online vendor community space, The Vendor Chatroom. All vendors (in-person and remote participants) will be promoted on the oneROOF Youth Services Youth Week website page, as well as across our social media platforms.
